Our room rates are among the most reasonable you will find in Alaska--and one of the best bargains.

We use Ketchikan Reservation Service for credit card bookings. You can check availability and reserve one of our units right now on-line by clicking the link, "Reserve Now," above.

If you prefer to work directly through us, and pay by check or other means, please contact us. The most effective way is by email, but calls are also welcome. Thank you!

Apartment

These rates could vary, and can be changed without notice, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations.

Summer Rates
One or Two Sharing One Bed: $100 per night
Additional Persons: add $15 per night per person

Winter Rates:

One or Two Sharing One Bed: $90 per night

Additional Persons: add $15 per night per person

Long Term Stays:

In winter only. Rates vary. Please call or email. (See Contact Us page)

All bookings must be pre-paid. Payment may be by check or credit card or by cash if reservation made in Ketchikan.

Long term stays require damage/cleaning deposit.
